Michaela Mucha is a first-generation Mexican-Filipina-American with over a decade of experience in design. She is self-taught in her technical skills, a design nerd at heart, and has proven experience delivering unprecedented, thought-provoking title & brand campaigns, and design systems. She is currently on the Brand & Creative Marketing team at Disney+ where she leads design and upholds design standards globally for the world's leading streaming service. Previously, she was at The Walt Disney Studios where she delivered best-in-class creative advertising campaigns for theatrical record-breaking box office hits and streaming titles from: Pixar, Disney, 20th Century Studios, and Disneynature. She is a member of the original Studio Marketing team that launched Disney+ in 2019.

Her clients and collaborators include: Disney, Starbucks, ABC, Pixar, LinkedIn, Marvel—among many others. She holds a B.A. in Graphic Design & Digital Imaging and has recently served on the Board of Directors at AIGA NY. She has been awarded and recognized in the Int’l Adobe Design Awards, the Promax Awards, and the global Clio Entertainment Awards.

When she’s not photosynthesizing from the light of her Macbook screen (while blasting Bad Bunny), you can catch her learning a TikTok dance at 2am, whisking up a mean matcha latte, absorbed in building a resume template empire, or inhaling an egg-sellent brunch benny.
